Magnet-Ball is a 9-member UA team’s submission entry to the IGF Student Competition 2013. It is a competitive local multiplayer game where the players use magnetic powers to hurl flying projectiles toward the enemy’s goal. The magnet system allows for several emergent gameplay properties, for example, you may launch a 3-pointer toward the opponent’s goal, only to have it orbit around the other player and sent back to your own goal!
The game is best played on two controller pads. I am a programmer, the sole level designer, and worked on mechanics design.
